Other smaller houses from the same period line Lee Street to the northeast of the older part of town. These are one-story center-passage and two-room houses of frame construction. The two-room or double-cell dwelling is one of the smallest typically found in the county and was often utilized for industrial, domestic, and agricultural worker housing.
