  1.  CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCEMENTS:

 

      Dr. J. F. Wolfe, serving as Chair, called the meeting to order at 3:05

      p.m.

 

 

  2.  The AGENDA was approved as distributed.

 

 

  3.  The MINUTES of the October 28, 1991 meeting were approved as edited.

 

 

  4.  COURSE CRITERIA COMMITTEE REPORT  - L. Geyer

 

      Dr. Geyer offered for first reading the November 11, 1991 report.

 

      A motion was made and seconded to approve for second reading the Octo-

      ber 28, 1991 report.  The motion CARRIED.

 

      Courses approved effective Fall 1992 :

 

      o   MN   1004 Introduction to Naval Science

      o   MN   4005-4006 Leadership and Management

 

      Courses approved effective Spring 1992 :

 

      o   MSCI 4494 Network Simulation Modeling and Analysis

 

 

  5.  Meeting adjourned at 3:19 p.m.
