Article V. Officers

  1.5  Article V.  Officers

 

 

  SECTION 1. OFFICERS:  The officers of the University Council are Chair-

  person and Secretary.

 

  SECTION 2. CHAIRPERSON:  The President of the University is Chairperson of

  the University Council.  In the absence of the President, the Senior Vice

  President and Provost of the University acts for the President as Chair-

  person of the University Council.

  SECTION 3. SECRETARY:  The Secretary of the University Council is appointed

  by the President of the University.
