GP Locomotives
R. Edward Cake sent a note identifying these locomotives as GP's. He
wrote, "the lead locomotive appears to be No. 750. This is a GP-9
according to Norfolk and Western engine rosters form this era. The second
and third locomotives in the consist are also GP-types..." but their road
numbers are illegible. "They appear to be locomotives that N&W leased
form the Pennsylvania Railroad".
