1940 Many of the Bugles for this decade have been digitized and in PDF format. Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to read these files. Bugles were not published during 1944-1946 because of the limited number of students on campus during those years. World War II called many VPI students away from their studies and into service to their country. Available issues are listed to the right. "...We the graduating class have witnessed a tremendous growth in the size and prestige of V.P.I. but also growth in spirit that is truly memorable. We can be justly proud of these forward strides. This volume has attempted to depict this march toward a greater V.P.I. and to it the memory in later years to recall the happy hours we spent at Virginia Tech. " (from the Foreword of the 1941 Bugle) |
